This website, eg-booking.com, has been created and is used and exploited by the Company TWIN NET Information Systems Ltd, established and operated under Greek law, based in Athens, Mesogion Av. 452, 999291340 VAT / Tax Office Halandri, which has received the MITE Operator License 0259Ε60000501901 from the Hellenic Tourism Organization, and is represented for this purpose by Mr. Dimitri Douka, hereinafter referred to as «Twin Net». Twin Net is the sole owner and beneficiary of the content provided in eg-booking.com, having obtained the necessary permission for the use of the information it posts on it from the respective licensors. eg-booking.com, enables its users to collect information about the availability of hotel rooms, and to make a reservation and final purchase thereof. These rooms are provided by a Third Party Provider (the company (BedsOnLine), with which Twin Net has entered into a relevant cooperation agreement. Twin Net acts solely as an intermediary for bookings presented and served through eg-booking.com and provided by the Third Party Provider. This transaction is made in accordance with the terms and conditions that the Third Party Provider formulates and communicates to the users of the tourist goods it provides.
Notification and Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions
The access and use of the information provided by Twin Net and the third party providers through eg-booking.com implies the prior knowledge and unconditional acceptance, by the end user, of these terms and conditions as well as those of the third party providers. Twin Net reserves the right to modify the present terms unilaterally without prior notification to the end users. The latest (current) version of these terms shall be the one found on eg-booking.com. For this reason, users should always read the terms carefully before they receive or use any of the services or products provided through eg-booking.com, and re-accept the modified terms. Users should read about the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the services (or products) provided by third party providers through eg-booking.com. The knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions is the responsibility of the end-user, who must read about and accept them according to the procedures of the third party providers. Reservation - Booking
The services provided by eg-booking.com allow for a user to first make a reservation and then commit (and buy his/her ticket) at a later time, to the extent this is allowed by the specific policy of the relevant third party provider. The reservation lasts as long as it is allowed by the third party provider, and then it is automatically canceled if a ticket has not been purchased. When a user makes a reservation, he/she gives an order to Twin Net to pass this request on to the corresponding third party provider. Consequently, Twin Net acts as an intermediary in the transaction between the user and the third party provider. As soon as the third party provider confirms the result of the requested transaction, Twin Net will notify the user about the outcome of his/her requested transaction. Users should read about the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the services (or products) provided by third party providers through eg-booking.com. The knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions is the responsibility of the end-user, who must read and accept them according to the procedures of the third party providers. Twin Net assumes no responsibility and takes no action through eg-booking.com to ensure the acceptance, by the end-user, of the third party providers ' terms and conditions. Furthermore, Twin Net is not responsible for informing the users of any change the third party providers may make to the products or services reserved or bought by the users. Nevertheless, Twin Net will make every reasonable effort to contact the users and inform them of changes announced by the third party providers that are related to products or services they reserved or bought.

The most efficient and reliable means of communication between eg-booking.com users and Twin Net is electronic mail. It is also important for users to correctly specify their mobile phone numbers, since part of the communicated information is sent via SMS. Price List – Terms of Payment
Ticket prices listed on eg-booking.com account for the total cost of the electronic services provided by Twin Net, including taxes. Please note that when using the telephone reservation service, and some other help desk services, users will be informed of the additional fee for that service which will be added to the ticket price published at eg-booking.com. The help desk will proceed to make the booking only after the user accepts those terms. The cost of each item offered through eg-booking.com is solely determined by the relevant third party provider, and Twin Net is not responsible for that determination and / or changes in any of these prices. These prices are listed on eg-booking.com and can be modified by Twin Net, even after the completion of the reservation process, if the corresponding third party provider decides to change them. However, this happens only exceptionally, and in most cases it is due to an increase in tax and/or customs fees. Payment for the services/products bought through eg-booking.com is done according to the terms disclosed here. Typically, payment is made by credit card. The data of the credit card holder is automatically transmitted to the financial/banking institution that performs the transaction and charges the holder’s credit card. Users must only use their own credit cards. In order to provide its services, Twin Net is entitled to request any information it considers necessary to verify a user's ID, credit card data, or address (e.g. a copy of a passport or personal ID, a credit card, proof of address).
Cancellation Procedure – Refunds
The Third Party Provider is solely responsible for defining the possibility and the procedure for canceling or changing the reservation or supply of goods that it provides in accordance with the conditions that it formulates and publishes regarding the goods that it provides. The user who may wish to cancel or modify his reservation or the goods he purchased must send his request as soon as possible to info@eg-booking.com. As long as there is the possibility of cancellation or change in accordance with the conditions of the Third-Party Provider, the user is informed about this and these conditions are applied, with regard to the amount that may be returned to him and the amount that may be withheld as a cancellation fee. In addition to this amount, Twin Net charges the case-by-case cost of cancellation or change of the reservation or the good as defined per product and/or in the relevant eg-booking.com price list. Please note that any fee or commission paid to Twin Net for the completion of the initial reservation is not refundable.
Confidentiality Agreement - Security of Transactions
Our services strictly respect the privacy of users' personal data, asking the user to provide only the minimum information necessary to complete a transaction. All information supplied by the user is considered confidential, and we take all the necessary measures in order to use them only to the extent which is necessary to successfully deliver the requested services. Moreover, our services strictly follow the Greek Directive for electronic consent, as this directive is stated under Article 11 of Law 3471/2006 (the Authority for Personal Data Protection) regarding messages sent to users which are not required to complete a transaction, such as suggested offers or newsletters. Office Hours – Customer Service
The official working hours of the Twin Net headquarters and its customer service helpdesk are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 pm. Phone support for reservations, bookings, cancellations, at the offices of Twin Net, can take place exclusively during the above stated hours. Customer service and help desk support via e-mail are available every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Any request for support (via e-mail or by telephone) which is submitted outside the aforementioned hours will be attended to on the next working day after the date of its receipt.
General Terms
Twin Net reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally. Non-acceptance of these terms or their violation, in whole or in part, gives Twin Net the right to refuse its services to the offending user and / or to block his/her access to eg-booking.com and the services and products provided through it. The trade relations between users and Twin Net are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law, and the courts of Athens are solely responsible for the resolution of any dispute concerning these relations.
